Goal: beat the dealer without going over 21. Get closer than the
dealer and double your bet.
A round
- Pick a chip to set your bet, then press Deal.
- You and the dealer each get two cards — the dealer's second stays face-down.
- Cards are worth their number, face cards are 10, and an Ace is 11 or 1.
Your moves
- Hit — take another card. Go past 21 and you bust and lose the bet.
- Stand — keep your total and let the dealer play out.
- Double — double the bet, take exactly one card, then stand.
- Split — with two cards of the same value, pay one more stake and play them as two separate hands. Split aces each get one card and stand; a 21 after splitting is not a natural blackjack.
Payouts
- Dealer must hit to 17 and stand on all 17s.
- Win pays 1:1; a natural Blackjack (Ace + 10 on the deal) pays 3:2.
- A tie is a push — your bet comes back.
