Goal: work the city as a cabbie. Every fare pays cash, and cash buys the
fuel you need to keep rolling. Run the tank dry and your shift is over.
The loop
- A yellow beacon marks a waiting passenger. Drive into it to pick them up.
- A green beacon then shows their destination. Drop them there to collect the fare.
- Fares pay more over longer distances. The ticket panel shows what this fare is worth.
- Each passenger has a patience bar. Arrive while it still has room and you keep a tip; let it run out and you only get the base fare.
- Pull into a gas station and stop to pump. Fuel comes off your cash, so a long trip really does cost.
Driving
- ↑ / W accelerate · ↓ / S brake & reverse.
- ← → or A D steer — you only turn while rolling.
- Buildings block you, sidewalks are fair to drive on, and the arrow always points to your target.
- Low on fuel? The arrow switches to the nearest gas station and the objective says “Find fuel”.
- Space pause / start · R new shift.
Watch out
- Clipping a car or a pedestrian costs you cash, not time. The walking ones cost a lot.
- Every pump costs per unit, so speeding and wandering burn profit. Faster, straighter fares pay better tips.
- Empty tank plus empty wallet ends the run — bank a reserve before you chase a long-distance fare.
